Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders — no minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
Please note: processing time + delivery time = total time before your order arrives.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will notify you of any significant delays affecting your order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within a reasonable time of the expected delivery date, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or made-to-order items, items marked as final sale, and products that show signs of use cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll share instructions on how and where to send your item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we'll cover the cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or product instead of a refund, contact us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
