Point Plus Designs offers architecture design, interior design, bespoke furniture, furniture manufacturing, modular kitchens and wardrobes, consultation services, and turnkey project execution.

Design Ownership & Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, layouts, 3D visualisations, documents, images, and content created by Point Plus Designs remain the intellectual property of the studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Custom & Bespoke Nature of Work

Most products and services are custom-designed or made-to-order. Natural variations in materials, finishes, textures, grains, and handcrafted details are inherent and shall not be treated as defects.

Pricing & Payments

All pricing is communicated through written proposals or invoices. Payments must be made as per agreed milestones. Delays in payment may result in suspension of work or revised timelines.

Timelines & Delays

Project timelines depend on approvals, site readiness, material availability, and external factors beyond reasonable control. Point Plus Designs shall not be liable for delays arising from such factors.

Third-Party Vendors & Contractors

Point Plus Designs collaborates with trusted partners but is not responsible for independent actions beyond agreed scopes.

Limitation of Liability

Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of services rendered.

Cancellations & Termination

Advance payments for design services or custom manufacturing may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
