With a strong foundation in both design and execution, he brings a holistic perspective to every project—ensuring that creative vision is seamlessly translated into well-built, functional, and refined spaces. His expertise spans concept development, spatial planning, material selection, detailing, and on-site execution.
Ar. Akshat’s hands-on approach allows him to closely oversee projects from inception to completion, maintaining clarity, quality, and consistency throughout the process. His design philosophy is rooted in creating timeless, user-centric spacesthat balance aesthetics with practicality.

Senior Associate
Ar. Pratyush Sharma is a Senior Associate at Point Plus Designs with more than seven years of professional experience across architectural and interior design, project coordination, and strategic studio operations. With a strong design sensibility and a deep understanding of execution realities, he plays a pivotal role in design development, ensuring that concepts are translated into well-resolved, buildable, and refined outcomes. His involvement spans from early-stage planning and detailing to coordination with consultants, vendors, and site teams. Beyond design, Ar. Pratyush actively contributes to the studio’s growth and visibility through business development, public relations, and digital marketing, strengthening client relationships and reinforcing the studio’s brand presence across platforms. As a senior member of the team, he is also responsible for team management and internal workflow coordination, fostering collaboration, operational efficiency, and consistency in design quality across projects. His holistic approach—combining design expertise with strategic thinking and leadership—supports Point Plus Designs’ vision of delivering integrated, luxury lifestyle experiences with clarity and excellence.
Shailesh Kumar
Junior Interior Designer
Shailesh Kumar is a Junior Interior Designer at Point Plus Designs with more than one year of experience in the interior design industry. He contributes to the studio’s design process through design development, detailed drafting, and 3D visualisation, supporting both interior and furniture-focused projects. With a growing understanding of spatial planning, materials, and detailing, he plays an active role in translating design concepts into clear, presentable, and buildable outputs. Shailesh is also involved in furniture development, assisting in the preparation of drawings and 3D models that align with design intent and manufacturing requirements. His role supports the studio’s commitment to design clarity, visual consistency, and quality execution across projects.
