Return Policy
At Point Plus Designs, a majority of our products and services are custom-designed or made-to-order, and therefore return options are limited.
Replacements may be considered only under the following circumstances
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage during transit or delivery
- Incorrect product delivered compared to the approved order
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with an unboxing video, clear photographs, and supporting details. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution.
Please note that natural variations in materials, finishes, textures, grains, and handcrafted details are inherent characteristics of bespoke and made-to-order products and shall not be treated as defects.
