The Sector 26 Residence was envisioned as a minimal luxury home where materiality, proportion, and calm spatial experiences take precedence over ornamentation. The design focuses on creating a serene, refined living environment that feels warm, understated, and timeless.

The spatial planning emphasises openness and visual continuity, allowing natural light and material textures to define the character of the interiors. Rather than relying on contrast or excessive detailing, the design language is rooted in subtle transitions, clean lines, and a carefully curated palette of natural finishes.

Custom-designed furniture and integrated elements were developed to complement the architectural intent, ensuring that every component feels intentional and cohesive. The result is a residence that balances sophistication with comfort—luxury expressed through restraint, material honesty, and thoughtful detailing.
