Project Year: 2025

Scope of Work

Design, Execution & Furniture

Project Description

The Sector 26 Terrace was conceived as a private recreational retreat—an open, immersive extension of the residence designed to foster relaxation and social interaction. The concept was rooted in material authenticity and tactile richness, creating an outdoor environment that feels grounded, warm, and experiential.

The spatial layout was thoughtfully zoned to accommodate gathering, leisure, and quiet contemplation without disrupting visual harmony. Natural materials were used prominently to enhance texture and depth, allowing the terrace to feel connected to its surroundings while maintaining architectural clarity.

Custom-designed elements, including the pergola structure and feature installations, were integrated to elevate both function and atmosphere. The terrace balances durability with aesthetic refinement, offering a space that is equally suited for intimate evenings and vibrant social gatherings.
